Father Hyginus’s 25th Anniversary of his Ordination

Father Hyginus is commemorating his 25th year as an ordained priest for the Catholic Church. He has been a blessing for our Holy Ghost community, and to honor him, we will celebrate at our school Mass on Friday, August 26th at 8:00 AM. Parents and students are invited to attend, and a collection will be taken up to help fund Father Hyginus’ trip later this year to his home country of Nigeria in Africa. Students are making cards to present to him at the end of Mass. Plan to come and help us honor our pastor!

Barnes and Noble Bookfair Fundraiser

We will be hosting a Barnes & Noble Bookfair Fundraiser on September 10th! Be on the lookout for more information! Holy Ghost receives a percentage of all books purchased as a gift card that allows us to purchase books for our library.

Bottled Water Drive for Those Experiencing Homelessness

As you know, our school has always been very involved in serving the needs of people who are homeless in Albuquerque. In a recent conversation with Health Care for the Homeless, we learned that they are in desperate need of bottled water to hand out to those they encounter and connect with in their street outreach.

Holy Ghost Catholic School decided that a bottled water drive would be a meaningful way to start the school year. We are asking families to donate bottled water. You may bring any quantity you would like to the school, and drop it off during our September 1st Connect event or at the morning drop off. The collection will end on Friday, September 2nd.

Thank you for showing your love for our neighbors in need.

Golf Tournament

We are excited to see our Holy Ghost community out on the links! Funds raised from the tournament support our Athletics department and the continued advancement of STEM education we offer our students.

How can you help?

  • Donate gift cards for door prizes

  • Sign up to golf - grab friends and form a team!

  • Become a sponsor of any level

  • Become a monetary sponsor and let us purchase the door prizes

  • Help spread the word!
