Hi Team!

WOW! What a month we just had in March. Owlmazing! UNBelievable!!! We finished with $65,695.30 that was the 2nd highest month we have ever had!!! With a grand total of 41 recruits!!! Oh my goodness never have we ever done that many in a month. I'm literally amazed, shocked, speechless & so proud! Y'all are incredible! I have so much to share with everyone I figured this was the best way to get all the information to you.

I know a few of you don't have facebook so what I'm about to share hopefully will really excite you! Krista has created a website just for her team. (lucky for you if you are reading this email you are under this umbrella) It is a free website where it is a private group page for our team and it is organized in forum style. There is a short questionaire for you to fill out in order to join, and then Krista is sent an email saying that you are awaiting member approval. When you are a member of the group, you can log in anytime to check out what is going on in there. Krista will post the most current and important news on the top of the page, so you can easily access it. There are tabs across the top of the page to easily access files and photos. The forum threads are categorized by topic, so if you have questions about anything pertaining that subject, you can click there, and read through what has been posted, or add your questions. Help O2 Honor Victims of Child Abuse

Did you know that five children die each day as a result of child abuse or neglect? Origami Owl® and Childhelp® have joined forces to save lives.

We recently announced our amazing partnership with Childhelp, a national nonprofit that provides comprehensive treatment to abused and neglected children. We hope this partnership inspires you to join us in speaking up for those children that have no voice. If you’re not familiar with the Childhelp Speak Up Be Safe Program O2 is helping to expand, or the two special charms that will help raise funds, peek at the last page in your Spring/Summer 2014 Take Out Menu, or visit OrigamiOwl.com.

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. In 1999, Childhelp designated the first Wednesday in April as National Day of Hope. Alongside Childhelp, O2 will be honoring the children we’ve lost with a candle lighting ceremony and moment of silence.

The burning candle represents the 5 children whose lives are taken each day, and the light we hope to bring into the lives of children who are still suffering. It’s also a meaningful opportunity to share our compassion and show our commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

So, on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, please join the Nest, and together let’s be a Force for Good. Honor the victims of child abuse by lighting a candle and observing a moment of silence with friends, family, or your O2 team members. Then inspire others to help us save lives by sharing a picture of your heartfelt moment on Facebook, Instagram or your favorite social network with the hashtag #O2GivesHope. FAQ's

Q. How long will the Soar to Success Program run?

A. There is no end date for the Soar to Success Program. It is a permanent program designed to help all new Designers with a start date of April 1st or later through their first 90 days with Origami Owl®.

Q. I joined in March 31st, 2014. Does this mean I can’t participate in the Soar to Success Program?
A. All new Designers with a start date of March 1 – 31 , 2014, will be eligible for the Soar to Success program and their start date (day 1) will be April 1, 2014.

Q. What rewards can a new Designer earn when they reach their personal sales goal in the first 90 days?
A. When a Designer reaches their 30, 60 and 90 day personal sales goals they will earn exciting rewards that will help to enhance their Jewelry Bar® display.*

  • Level 1 (days 1-30) – 20 assorted Charms
  • Level 2 (days 31 – 60) – Silver Chain, Large Silver Locket with Crystals & a Heart Birthstone pack
  • Level 3 (days 61-90) – Small Linen Bust, Large Linen Bust and $100 O2 Gift Certificate (to be used toward jewelry only)

*All prizes are subject to change or substitution without notice.

Q. What rewards can be earned for sponsoring in the first 90 days of being a Designer?
A. Sponsoring up to three new Designers in the first 90 days will earn new Designers fabulous business tools to help them build their business.

  • Business Reward 1 – Weekender Bag
  • Business Reward 2 – 2 Linen Trays, Aqua Business Card Holder and O2 Calculator
  • Business Reward 3 – O2 Tablecloth and Toiletry Bag

To qualify for Share the O2 Love Business Rewards, the Designer must earn $500 PV each consecutive 30 day period in their first 90 days.

*All prizes are subject to change or substitution without notice. One of each Business Reward per designer can be earned.

Q. Who is eligible to participate in the Soar to Success Program?
A. All new Designers with a start date of April 1, 2014 or later, are eligible for the Soar to Success program.

Q. What is Personal Volume (PV) and what orders count towards it?
A. PV is what the Designer pays for O2 products, not the retail price. It does not include business materials or Hostess products.

Q. What does “Qualified Designer” mean?
A. To be considered qualified, a new Designer must achieve $500 in PV within their first 30 day period. Any PV accumulated on the day of enrollment contributes to PV requirement for Level One (Days 1-30) of program, excluding the price of a Business Package.

Q. What are the requirements to earn Level 1?
A. A New Designer earns Level 1 when they achieve $500 in PV within their first 30 day period.

Q. What are the requirements to earn Level 2?
A. When a new Designer who has already achieved Level 1 earns an additional $500 PV in days 31-60 they qualify for the Level 2 reward.

Q. What are the requirements to earn Level 3?
A. Designers earn Level 3 if they have previously earned Levels 1 & 2, and achieve $500 in PV within day 61-90.

Q. If a new Designer does not achieve $500 in PV within Days 1-30 (Level 1), but achieves $500 in Days 31-60 (Level 2) can they earn their Level 2 reward?
A. No. If a Designer does not achieve $500 PV within Days 1-30 (Period 1), they are not eligible to earn any other rewards in the Soar to Success Program.

If $500 PV is not earned in days 31-60 the Designer cannot earn any further Share the O2 Love Business Rewards.

Q. If a Designer achieves $200 PV within Days 1-30 (Level 1) and then $300 PV within Days 31-60 (Level 2), can they earn a Level 2 reward?
A. No, a minimum of $500 PV must be achieved consecutively, in each 30-Day period. PV from one 30-day period does not count toward the PV in the next 30-day period.

If 500 PV is not earned in days 31-60 the Designer cannot earn any further Share the O2 Love Business Rewards.

Q. When does a Designer’s day one begin?
A. A new Designers’ day 1 of Soar to Success is the day after they enroll.
For example:

  • Designer enrolls April 1st, their Day 1 begins on April 2nd.
  • Any PV accumulated on actual start date will count toward PV requirement for Days 1-30 (Level 1).

Q. What is a Share the O2 Love Business Reward?
A. During a new Designer’s first 90 days, they will earn extra rewards for sponsoring their first 3 Personally Enrolled, new qualified Designers.

Q. What does “Personally Enrolled” mean?
A. “Personally Enrolled” refers to how the new Designer was enrolled. Those who are enrolled directly by a Mentor are considered Personally Enrolled.

Q. What are the requirements needed to earn the Share the O2 Love Business Rewards?

  1. The new Designer must achieve $500 PV in Days 1-30 (Level 1)
  2. The new Designer sponsors another Designer who becomes qualified with $500 in PV in their Days 1 – 30 (Level 1)

Q. Can a new Designer sponsor more than one new Designer in a 30-day period?
A. Of course! A new Designer may sponsor more than one new Designer in a 30-Day period, however, only one Share The O2 Love Business Reward will be issued per period regardless of which period the new qualified Designer enrolled under the enrolling Designer, unless all three are sponsored in the new Designer’s last 30-Day period. Then, the new Designer will receive all three Share the O2 Love Business Rewards.

  • Example, if Mary, a new Designer is qualified with $500 PV in Days 1-30 and enrolls 3 new Designers in her first period of the program and all 3 new Designers qualify with $500 PV, only one Share The O2 Love Business Reward will be awarded. If Mary then meets her PV requirement for the second period of the program, the second Share The O2 Love Business Reward is awarded and so on for the third period.

Q. Does a sponsoring Designer have to sponsor monthly to earn the Share the O2 Love Rewards?
A. No, but they need to earn the Soar to Success ($500 PV) at each Level to remain active in the program.

Q. If a new Designer “Mary” sponsors three new Designers, but Mary only reaches $500 PV in Days 1-30, and then $500 in Days 31-60 but doesn’t achieve $500 PV in days 61-90, will she still earn all three Share the O2 Love Sponsoring Rewards?
A. No, since Mary only earned two $500 PV periods then she will only earn rewards for two of the qualified Designers she sponsored.

Q. If a new Designer achieves $500 PV in all three periods, but does not sponsor anyone until their third period (day 61-90) can they receive their Share the O2 Love Business Reward?
A. Yes, as long as the sponsored new Designer becomes qualified, they would receive theirShare the O2 Love Business Reward 1.

Q. What period does a newly sponsored qualified Designer count toward?
A. A newly sponsored Designer counts toward the 30-day period that they were enrolled in, not the 30-day period that they became qualified.

  • For example: If Mary enrolls on April 1st she would be in her first period. If Mary then sponsors Susan on April 15th, and Susan meets her $500 PV requirement on May 10th, then Susan would count toward Mary’s day 1-30 period, even though Mary is now in Level 2 of Soar to Success. Because Susan enrolled under Mary while Mary was still in her Day 1-30 period.

Q. If a new Designer achieves $500 PV in Days 1-30 (Level 1), but misses $500 PV in Days 31-60 (Level 2) can they achieve $500 PV in their third period and still qualify for Soar to Success rewards?
A. No, once the requirement for any period is not met the new Designer is no longer eligible for any future Soar to Success or Share the O2 Love Business Rewards.

Q. When will I receive the products earned?
A. A Designer must be in good standing( with the policies & procedures) and achieve each goal. Their reward will be shipped after the 15th of the next month. Signature will be required at time of delivery.

Q. Are there any tools available to help me better understand the Soar to Success program, or to train my team with?
A. Absolutely! We have a video available in your Back Office to guide you through the details of the program. Please contact your Mentor if you need further training on the program.

Q. How can I track my PV during my first 90 days?
A. When you log into your Back office you will be able to see where you are for your 500 PV goal and your Share the O2 Love sponsoring goals

MOVIN' ON UP

FAQ's

Q. How long does the Movin’ On Up program run?
A. The Movin’ On Up program will run for 3 months, from April 1 – June 30, 2014.

Q. Who is eligible to participate in the program?
A. All O2 Designers up to the Life Time rank of Team Leader (TL), can participate to earn the Senior Team Leader reward. All O2 Designers up to the Life Time rank of Senior Team Leader (STL), can participate to earn the Executive Team Leader (ETL) reward.

Q. What rewards can I earn for promoting to Senior Team Leader (STL)?
A. When you promote to STL during the program dates you’ll earn great tools to keep team members and customers energized at meetings and Jewelry Bars®! Rewards include a Beats by Dre 2.0 Pink Pill and a $50 iTunes gift card.

Q. What rewards can I earn for promoting to ETL?
A. Take your business on the go with a new iPad 2 with a custom O2 branded cover when you promote to ETL during the program dates.

Q. How do I promote to STL?
A. To promote to STL you must achieve:

  • 500 Personal Volume (PV)
  • 5 personally sponsored active Designers on your team
  • One of your personally sponsored Designers paid as a TL during the qualifying month (must be from your 1st line)
  • 3,000 Central Team Volume (CTV) in the qualifying month (with no more than 50% of your CTV coming from your personally sponsored TL).

Q. How do I promote to ETL?
A. To promote to ETL you must achieve:

  • 500 PV
  • 5 personally sponsored active Designers on your team
  • Two of your personally sponsored Designers paid as STLs during the qualifying month (must be from your 1st line)
  • 6,000 CTV in the qualifying month (with no more than 50% of your CTV coming from your personally sponsored STLs).

Q. What if I promoted to STL previously, and just missed the program start date?
A. Great! Way to promote up! You will be eligible to earn the prizes for promoting to ETL. Keep striving toward your next promotion!

Q. What if I promoted to ETL previously and missed the program start date?
A. Congrats on achieving ETL! You won’t be eligible for the Movin’ On Up program, but you’ll be able to use it as a tool to build your business and support your team! Make sure everyone on your team knows about the program and that you are motivating and inspiring them toward promoting up too!

Q. I was a Designer when the promotion started, now I’m a STL. Do I get anything for promoting to TL in between?
A. The first level of prizes will be awarded for reaching STL. This program was not designed to reward advancement to TL.

Q. I already have an iPad, can I get the other prize instead?
A. Sorry, there are no substitutions for the prizes offered.

Q. What size is the iPad?
A. O2 will provide 16 GB iPads.

Q. Can I pay the difference to have the memory in my iPad upgraded?
A. There is not an option to pay for increased memory on the O2 iPads.

Q. Is the iPad exchangeable if I want a different size or color?
A. There is not an option to exchange the iPads.

Q. If I don’t like the color pink, or choose not to support the Beats By Dre brand, can I exchange my Pill for a different color or a different item?
A. The Beats by Dre Pill is not exchangeable for a different color or a different prize.

Q. Can a Designer earn both prizes if they progress from TL to STL to ETL?
A.
Absolutely! If an eligible Designer becomes promotes to both STL and ETL during the program dates they will receive all the prizes for both rank advancements.

Q. If an STL promotes to an ETL and then a Director, will there be an additional prize?
A. In the case of a Designer promoting to ETL and then to Director during the program dates, they will receive the prizes for becoming ETL, but they will not be awarded an extra prize for achieving Director.

Q. What is the difference between “Lifetime Title” and “Paid As Title” and how do they relate to the Movin’ On Up program?
A. A Designer’s “Lifetime Title” is the highest title they have achieved. O2 recognizes Designers at their Lifetime Title for recognition purposes. Designers will be eligible for Movin’ On Up based on their Lifetime Title during the contest dates. Lifetime Title must be either TL or STL during the program dates.

A Designer’s “Paid As Title” reflects the requirements they currently meet and can be lower than their “Lifetime Title”. Eligibility for Movin’ On Up is based on Lifetime Rank, not paid as title.

Example: If a Designer has achieved TL as her Lifetime Rank, but did not maintain those requirements, her Paid As Title might drop down to Leading Designer. Although the Paid As Rank might have dropped down, the Designer would still be eligible to participate in Movin’ On Up based on her Lifetime Title.

Alternately, a Designer who has a Lifetime Rank of Director but had a Paid As Title on during the program of a STL would not be eligible because although the Paid As Title is within the eligible title range, the Lifetime Rank is not.

Q. I still have a Jewelry Bar open. Do I still get credit for those sales?
A. All Jewelry Bars must be closed by 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30th to fall under the program dates and count toward the Movin’ On Up program.

Q. If I qualify, when will I receive my prizes?
A. O2 will begin sending out prizes on May 15th and send them out on the 15th of each month moving forward until all prizes are fulfilled. Signature will be required at time of delivery.

Q. Designer Care said I met all of the qualifications for a promotion but I haven’t been promoted yet. Do I still get a prize? When will my promotion take effect?
A. There may have been returns or exchanges that have affected your standing or promotion. Until all criteria of your promotion have been met and go into effect, prizes will not be awarded.

Q. What happens if I promote to both STL and ETL during the program?
A. O2 will honor rock stars who achieve both STL and ETL with prizes and recognition for both promotions!

Q. If I qualify, how will I be recognized?
A. When you achieve the rank of STL or ETL during the program you’ll be recognized in the following ways:

  1. Qualifiers at each level will be posted on O2incentives.com on May 15th and on the 15theach month thereafter
  2. You will receive a certificate for your rank advancement
  3. You will be listed on the Whooo’s Movin’ Up document which honors title advancements each month and is posted in the back office and O2incentives.com.

Q. Can I promote up to a higher title than ETL during the program?
A. Of course! It’s possible that you may exceed the title of ETL during the 3-month program. However prizes are only awarded for promotions to STL and ETL.

Q. I didn’t qualify, but I really like these items! Will O2 have them available for sale?
A. These exclusive incentive prizes are only available via the Movin’ On Up program. To keep them extra special these prizes can only be earned and will not be available for purchase.

Q. If I advanced to STL or ETL over the last few months, can you backdate the program so I too can earn the rewards?
A. Unfortunately we cannot backdate this program, but use it to your advantage to encourage others on your team to promote up.

Q. I have someone who wants to become a Designer but they can’t afford to buy a Business Package until July 2nd.Can Designer Care back-date their start date?
A. We are unable to adjust the start date of any Personally Enrolled Designers.
