Session Materials

Session handouts are available for download through the K2L website. If you are not a Golden Gate ALA Member, you can set up your password by clicking “Forgot Username/Password” when you are prompted to login. If you want access from your smart devices, please download handouts prior to the event as there will be limited wireless access. In addition, session handouts will be provided on a flash drive at registration. Copies of handouts will not be available in session rooms.

Registration opens at 7:30. Breakfast keynote promptly starts at 8:00 a.m.

To encourage you to arrive by 8:00 a.m., all registrants will be entered into a drawing for two June 4, 2016 tickets to see An Evening of Laughter and Reflection with Carol Burnett at the Orpheum Theatre. Must be present to win. The drawing will take place at the beginning of the program and prior to the morning keynote speaker.

Exhibit Hall (10 - 11:15 a.m.) and (1:45 - 2:30 p.m.)

We have a sold out exhibit hall with 24 exhibitors and multiple sponsors. Please bring your business cards and participate meaningfully with our exhibitors. They will also be sitting interspersed at our breakfast and lunch tables so please use this time to network.

To encourage attendance, a fall Business of Law scholarship will be awarded to a GGALA member during the morning exhibit hall time and an Annual Conference scholarship to Los Angeles in May will be awarded to a GGALA member during the afternoon exhibit hall time. You must be present to win.

Exhibitors will have valuable prizes to award in a live drawing from business cards collected during the exhibit hall times at the wine reception from 5 - 6:30 p.m. Must be present to win.

Continuing Education Credits

Three sessions have been approved for 3.25 credit hours toward the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification through the Society for Human Resource Management as well as HRCI for PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification. This event is also approved for 4.5 hours of MCLE credits: all breakout sessions and lunch keynote. All sessions qualify for CLM recertification. Five sessions qualify for CLM application credits.
