*Class will focus on deep abdominal work to detoxify & tone the belly from the inside out*

*9:45am-11:15am SARASWATI SHAKTI *Align with Gratitude* w/ Desiree

*Class will focus on alignment of the upper & lower body, while invoking Saraswati Shakti*



Sunday:

*Caroling along Main Street from 1-4 pm by St. Joseph College Female Glee Club

& The St. Joseph Sharps

*Performance by the Tri Valley Brass Band 2-4 PM

at Capital One Bank Plaza

Bliss'asana Thursdays starts Dec 5th.

7pm-8pm Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) w/ Desiree

*Open to ALL Levels, Members & Non-Members

Yoga Nidra is a relaxation/meditation technique originated in India, but, like most modern yoga, has been modified and Westernized to suit the needs of the modern day, stressed out yoga student. Though yoga nidra is translated as "yogic sleep," this method is not really about getting in a good nap. Classes will be guided by a teacher's voice, helping students to explore and identify sensations throughout the body to ultimately get the student to focus on their breath, while remaining in a state of relaxed awareness.


The benefits of this practice include:

• More restful sleeps and alleviation of insomnia
• Management and reduction of chronic pain
• Improves moods and assists with managing depression
• Reduces anxiety and anxious feelings
•Helps to manage symptoms related to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD or PTS)
