After thoughtful conversations regarding the 2022 BME Mixer, we are going to cancel the Adult-Only event for March 18, 2022. Slow ticket sales, lack of support, and varying Covid -19 comfort levels were large factors in this difficult decision.

In an effort to have more family involvement and a successful event, we have decided to shift to an all Students & Families event to close out the 2021-2022 school year with a celebration for our entire BME community! (see #1 above) We’ve all experienced a lot of change and some challenges over the course of the last couple of years - so let's come together and create some time to celebrate all of our successes together! Think bonfires, live music, food trucks, and games! We are flushing out a few details for our April 29th event! We will provide a full update for families and staff in the coming weeks.

Sponsors, Silent Auction Donation & Grade Level Baskets - These elements WILL shift to our new event! Updated timeline & details to follow this week.

Mixer Tickets - Did you already purchase tickets? Thank you. PTO will refund your ticket costs in the coming days.
