Math Survey
What the study is about: The purpose of this study is to learn about the impact of TPT on teacher practices and students’ math learning, motivation, and attitudes.
What we will ask you to do: We are asking you to provide consent that allows your student to complete a survey about their thoughts and attitudes regarding math learning and school in general. Please provide a response to this form.
What we will ask your child to do: This spring, your child will be asked to take a 10- to 15-minute survey (divided over two time periods) during the normal school day. The survey will be given in your child’s class and will not take away from instructional time. It will ask about your child’s experiences in and thoughts about school, including their attitudes and perceptions regarding math and math learning.
