PTO Information

The community of support at Potter Gray is absolutely AMAZING! Your efforts and the students work has raised over $20,000!!!! The funds raised will allow for the purchase of new playground equipment for our students. Thank you to our PTO for their hard work and efforts and for the support of our parents, family members and community members.

Related Arts Schedule

For the next three weeks, Sept. 2-20th, our students will have Art and PE three times per week. Please make sure your child is ready for these related arts classes as we are excited to have Mr. Blair (PE) and Mrs. Goodaker (Art) join us at Potter Gray! We look forward to seeing what your children will be learning in these two related arts classrooms!

School Security Updates

Our new Ident-A-Kid system is in place and is ready to go! Please remember to bring your KY Drivers License, KY-ID or, if you don't have either of those, a photo ID will work. You will need to check-in in order to enter the building.

Please remember that any time you enter the building, 7:30-3:15 PM, you must enter through the front office and scan your ID. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep our students safe.

Car Rider Line Information

Please remember a couple of very important items when going through the car rider line in the morning & afternoon.

  • Do not drop off students in the front loop between 7:15-8:10 AM. Please use the car rider line.
  • Please get in line using Wakefield Street, not Bastel Street.
  • Pull all the way up and around the loop. (AM & PM)
  • Keep your car rider tag in the window until your child is loaded.
  • Please stay in the car when children are loading on the passenger side. If you need to buckle your child(ren) in, please pull up and around to the grassy area to do so.

Good Morning Potter Gray Information

GMPG is a great place for us to begin the school day. It's such a great tradition and we want our students to have and feel the support from their parents. As a school, we found it important to have a bigger place for parents to visit, view, and take pictures of students. When visiting GMPG we ask that all parents watch GMPG from the area identified on the diagram below.
