Grades 6-8 Track Meet Friday, May 18
Spring is finally upon us! This year’s Parochial League Track Meet will be held on Friday, May 18, 2018 (rain date with be the following Monday, May 21) at Sheboygan South High School. The meet will officially begin at 9:00AM and we hope to be done around 1:30-1:45PM. All parents are encouraged to attend as we all support our students who have worked hard in preparation for this event. Please remember that students are expected to dress appropriately for the meet. Students are expected to wear their typical gym uniforms, but they are most certainly allowed to bring sweatshirts, sweatpants, or coats. Also in the event that temperatures are cooler, students may opt to bring a blanket, but please be aware that students are responsible for their own property. Also, please make sure that your child brings a bagged lunch to the meet. I also recommend that they pack a snack to eat in between events.
I am also in the process of looking for volunteers to assist with timing and measuring at the meet. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Cole at email@example.com. May God bless you all and let’s look forward to a fun track meet this year!
Thank you, Mrs. Engman!
