90 Day Entry Plan

Day 1-30
GOAL: To learn the cyber programs and its procedures for a strong start of the year and to communicate with faculty and staff my willingness to work with them and how I might be of assistance.
TRAIN/LEARN:
1. The structure, system, procedures of our cyber program
2. Protocols for Cyber students on grading/passing/moving through Course
3. Grants that were awarded by MCFEE
4. The expectations and details of the position
PRODUCE/CREATE:
1. Introduction Email/Newsletter to faculty/staff/administration
2. Introduction to cyber parents and students
3. Calendar prioritizing events/meetings
4. Create a "NEEDS" survey for staff to decipher what they need in training or technology that they are interested in learning
5. Schoology Technology Site? Set up?
COMMUNICATE:
1. Meet with Technology Department
2. Meet with Faculty (hopefully have a small amount of time at the start of the year in a faculty meeting at each building)
3. Meet with hybrid teachers (Year 1-4) at high school and middle school. Plan out individual meetings if necessary
4. 8th grade team of teachers - One to One roll out, protocols, and procedures.

Day 31-60
GOAL: To become accessible and visible to students and staff, using my needs assessment to offer my time whenever it is most convenient for them.
EVALUATE:
1. The first 30 days in the Coordinator position and tweak goals and plan for the next 60 days if necessary
2. The "Needs" survey for staff
3. 8th grade roll out of one-to-one
4. New hybrid teachers needs/concerns

2. Effective IPAD use in the classroom and new apps that would benefit staff and students.

GOAL: To become a regular fixture in each building helping staff to use technology as well as implementing a quarterly procedure in the cyber program for students to keep up with their coursework.

1. The first 60 days and tweak my schedule, goals, and plans for the next 30 days.
2. Process any technology evaluations that I have received and reflect on how to improve my services.
TRAIN/LEARN:
Continual training on improving technology in the classroom and our cyber program
PRODUCE/CREATE:
1. Calendar that faculty and staff can set up times to meet with me.
2. Technology Resource Lists for content areas/grade levels
3. Cyber procedure where students and parents are well aware of their progress towards their goals.
COMMUNICATE:
1. Monthly Technology Newsletter
2. Regularly scheduled monthly meetings with hybrid teachers
3. Middle School Team Meetings
EVALUATE:
