Fitness tests are quickly approaching in P.E. for students in grades 2 - 5! Start talking about some goals for this year. Click HERE for a look at performance standards and healthy fitness zones for each test listed below. I am very excited to see the hard work of so many students!



Fitness Tests:

Flexed Arm Hang (sec) (Upper body muscular strength and endurance)

20m pacer (Cardiovascular and Aerobic capacity)

Curl-up (Core muscular strength and endurance)

Push-up (Upper body muscular strength and endurance)

Sit / Reach (Flexibility)
