Teachers as Tutors
The following information is outlined in DBD Regulation:
· A teacher may not privately tutor his/her own students for pay, and he/she may not use the school facilities for that purpose.
· District resources and materials may not be utilized for private tutoring.
· A tutor is not allowed to request assignments or any other information from the student’s teacher without written parent consent. The policy recommends that the information be shared directly with the parents, who can communicate that information to the tutor.

November 8th 8:20 and 4:30
If there is anything you would like to add to the agenda, please email your department chair by November 4th. Your chair will then forward me those items.
Team Meetings
Please make sure you document your team meetings. Please keep an agenda of all your meetings and those in attendance.
TTESS
After our November 8th faculty meeting, we will begin scheduling our teacher appraisals. Please make sure you utilize the TTESS rubric we used as a guide during our training this year to assist you.
District Admin Support
You will see more district admin support visiting your classrooms this year. Our campus does a wonderful job delivering quality instruction and the district would like to see it in action. I have also asked them to help identify any areas (instructional, learning, or facilities) of growth that standout. Our goal as a district is to improve in all areas. This collaboration and feedback will help everyone help students achieve.
