Save your receipts!
Purchasing school supplies can get expensive for families. You should save your receipts from these purchases because most school supply purchases qualify for a valuable K-12 Education Credit or Subtraction. Learn more about the credit and subtraction and how to claim it on your taxes next year: www.revenue.state.mn.us/k-12-education-subtraction-and-credit

Donations requested for Polar Arena!
We need community support to help revitalize the use of Polar Ice Arena. Polar has experienced decreased usage over the last decade due to the decline in hockey participation.
This fall, our goal is to introduce a wide variety of ice activities, including ice skating, broomball, hockey and curling, to both our students and our community-at-large. Students and staff are excited about the opportunity to participate in new activities.
In order to do this, we need your assistance. Opportunities for support include monetary and supply donations. Please mail monetary donations to Polar Ice Arena, 2444 11th Avenue, North St. Paul, 55109. If you wish to assist with supplies, you may also deliver your supply donation to Tartan Ice Arena, 740 Greenway Avenue N., Oakdale, MN 55128, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. throughout the summer or contact Eric Edhlund, Arenas’ Manager, to arrange a time or pick-up by emailing eedhlund@isd622.org.
You will receive written acknowledgment of your donation for tax purposes. We also recognize donations during each school board meeting and on the Polar Arena website.
Thank you for your consideration of our request.

Discounted At-Home Internet
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides eligible households a discount of up to $30 per month off their internet bills (or up to $75 per month for households living on Tribal lands), as well as a one-time discount of up to $100 off an eligible connected device like a laptop, desktop computer or tablet. In many cases, households can get high-speed internet without paying a dime by choosing a fully covered internet plan.
A household is eligible to participate in the ACP if a child in the household receives free or reduced-price school meals. Therefore, under the ACP rules, every household with a child attending a school participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program is eligible for ACP benefits.
Households can learn more and apply for the ACP at GetInternet.gov.
