Shelter in Place Drill - Wednesday, 12/13
New Information/Things to Do:
Dairy Council Materials
The Dairy council offers free grade level materials and curriculum all about nutrition...could be great for a rainy day recess! If you are interested in receiving them, please let me know ASAP. I have to send the form to the Dairy Council on Wed., 12/13.
Travel Study Documents
When a travel study comes back, please be sure to complete all of "Part 2 - EVALUATION OF STUDENT WORK." This is the part tells Tricia whether to give the child an excused or unexcused absence, and is what could be checked if we were audited for Travel Study record keeping.
MPR Bookings & Special Lunch Time Activities
This time of year there are special events in the MPR often. Please plan accordingly if you typically host PE in the MPR - you'll need to find another location on these dates/times:
- Monday, 12/11 from 10:30-11 (K hosting the Grinch)
- Thursday, 12/21 from 8:15-11:30 (5th grade movie and K holiday activity)
If you plan to host an event in the MPR, please contact Pam ASAP. If you are hosting a winter party that will impact your lunch or lunch recess, please let Pam and Jen know ASAP so we can be sure our supervisor and lunch teams are prepared.
