I. Student Registration and Schedules
Parents and guardians may now log into the PISD Parent Portal at https://parentview.pisd.edu to complete the required forms necessary to obtain your student's schedule. You will be notified by enews and School Messenger when schedules are available for release closer to the start of school. Students will be able to view and print their schedules online through Parent Portal at that time.
II. Clearing Holds
Once you have completed all forms in Parent Portal, you need to click on fees to pay for an ID. If there are any holds such as Chromebook/textbook fines, library fees, you may pay online with a credit card. These holds should be cleared in order to check out a Chromebook. (See dates below. More info to come.)
For missing paperwork, etc., you will need to contact the campus to resolve questions.
You can update residency by providing a current gas, water, electric bill or lease in the parent’s name to document an address change.
These can be faxed to 469.752.9423 or scanned and emailed to Debbie.Weiss@pisd.edu. Please include the student’s name and id#.
By setting up and updating your Parent Portal account you will gain access to your student's grades, attendance, assessment information, and eNews. If you need technology assistance, please contact the help desk at 469-752-8767 or at parent.portal@pisd.edu (email must include student name, student ID, and campus).

III. Chromebook Distribution
***note these dates. More info and a signup to come!
JUNIORS…..Monday, Aug. 10, 2020….9 am – 5 pm
SENIORS….Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2020…9 am – 5 pm
All students will be required to utilize a District Issued Chromebook for some or all of their school work such as testing. The district has software that will be utilized to help create a secure testing environment that is only accessible through a district Chromebook.

CLASS OF 2021 FINAL TRANSCRIPTS
2021 SENIORS
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A FINAL TRANSCRIPT IN NAVIANCE. THESE REQUESTS WILL BE DELETED.
At this point INITIAL TRANSCRIPTS ONLY can be requested.
The rank and GPA has NOT been updated as the Opt Out process is not finished. The transcripts still have the January information.
