Heart Disease and Cancer

Definitions:
Heart Disease : Cardiovascular disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke. Other heart conditions, such as those that affect your heart's muscle, valves or rhythm, also are considered forms of heart disease.
Cancer : the disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body.

How to prevent Heart Disease
There are many ways that you can prevent heart disease.Some of those ways are really easy also,
- such as don't smoke or use tobacco,
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes on most days
- Eat a healthy heart diet: Limit the amount of red meat, dairy products, coconut & palm oils, deep-fried fast foods, bakery products, packaged snack foods, margarine's, and crackers.
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Get a lot of quality sleep
- and get regular health screenings.
How to prevent Cancer
There are so many ways that you can try and prevent yourself from getting cancer. They are
- Filter your tap water
- Stop topping your tank when you get gas
- Marinate meat first
- Caffeinated everyday
- Drink a lot of water everyday
- Load up on your greens
- Snack on Brazil nuts
- Work out on a weekly basis
- Ask about breast density (mainly females but men too)
- Use cellphone for short calls and not have up to body for long periods of time at once.
- Ect.
Healthy Recipe
Ingredients
2 (7 ounce) cans whole green chile peppers, drained

8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

8 ounces Longhorn or Cheddar cheese, shredded

2 eggs, beaten
-
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
-
1/2 cup milk
-
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Lay half of the chilies evenly in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the Jack and Cheddar cheeses, and cover with remaining chilies. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and flour, and pour over the top of the chilies.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, pour tomato sauce evenly over the top, and continue baking another 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Jack and Cheddar cheeses, and serve.
