Unsaturated fats

What is it?
An unsaturated fat is a fat or fatty acid in which there is at least one double bond within the fatty acid chain.
Where is it found?
They are found in vegetable products and oils. It can be found in oily fish such as tuna, sardine or salmon. Generally are in areas that have room temperature.
What happeneds if you lack it?
Unsaturated fats help reduce cholesterol. It also helps for cells to regenerate and is high in Vitamin E, but nothing can really happen to you if you lack unsaturated fats.

Meat products include both saturated and unsaturated fats.
