New Student/Family Information on getting started.
Getting Started with AZVA & ISAZ
Welcome to Arizona Virtual Academy and Insight Academy of Arizona,
Getting Started Check List:
- Set up your workspace and wait for materials to arrive.
- Learning Coach (Parent or Legal Guardian) will view of the orientations or support sessions listed in this newsletter, students will have orientation on thier first day of class.
- Materials typically ship after your admission is approved and sometimes arrive after your start date. Many materials are digital and can be accessed through your lessons and courses. If you are eligible for a school computer, you will receive a tracking number for the computer separate from materials. Computers are shipped based on financial eligiblity.
- Set up your accounts. The Learning Coach and Student wll have seperate accounts.
- You will not have access to classes, schedules and the online lesson until your start date.

Learning Coach Account Set Up
Once a student is approved for enrollment, the Learning Coach will receive the Registration Email to complete the Learning Coach and student(s) account setup process. If you need this number send an email to jewodrich@k12.com and I will send it to you.
After you have set up your account, you will now set up the student accounts.
Now that you are your students Learning Coach follow this link to explore your role.

Learning Coaches must keep attedance up to date
Learning Coaches are required to keep track of and enter their students attendance. CLICK HERE to learn how to input your students attendance.
