THIS WEEK IN 2ND GRADE
Dear Parents,
I hope you had a restful weekend full of family time and sun! We had an amazing field trip to the flower fields last week. Our students were incredibly well behaved.
The bus driver gave us a compliment as well as the tractor driver! Our students remained seated the entire time for both activities and were so respectful. We have been talking in class about making ourselves proud by making good choices. We have also spoken of how when we are away from home we are representing not only ourselves, but our families, our school, our church, our teams, our classrooms and our teachers. We speak about how wonderful it is to behave in a manner that we can feel proud of ourselves and everyone in our lives can feel proud of us. So please remind your student of how proud we all are of their behavior during our field trip! Let them know that we told YOU how honored we feel to have them as our student!
Best,
Mrs. Swanson & Mrs. Khattar
