What is Oakland ACE?

Oakland ACE is an early college program that offers students the opportunity to earn an associates degree, or up to 60 transferable college credits, while still in high school. Instead of completing high school in four years, ACE students complete high school along with the ACE requirements in five years.

Visit www.oaklandace.org for more information.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Current sophomore students may apply
  • 2.5 GPA or higher
  • Must be a first-generation* college student or qualify for free/reduced lunch

*First-generation college student means that neither parent has earned a 4-year bachelor degree.

Students who meet initial eligibility requirements may then apply to the ACE program for consideration. There is limited enrollment available for this program.
