Shout Outs!
What are you proud of from this year's work? Do you have a shout out? Let me hear you!
QSSSA Activity
1. How has your role (ie. the role of an ESOL teacher) changed over the course of time?
2. Next year, through Ellevation, we will have the opportunity to see our data in a clearer way. With the new Gap Closing expectations, we need to be certain we are using our data to continue to grow and close gaps in their language proficiency. Think about how we use data, create courses/groups, provide modes of intervention, goal set for students, etc. What about this do you hope stays the same and what do you hope will evolve as we move forward?
