New year and New resolutions: Well we want to convince you to come along and try our Kickboxing and Fitness Beginners course.

  • It's for Beginners and with Beginners.
  • All fitness levels catered for. Progress at your own pace.
  • Its Different, Fun and very Effective way to build your Fitness while learning a new sport and martial art.
  • No Ego's, our club is a very friendly and welcoming training environment.
  • Its a no-contact class, where we focus on gradual development of fitness and kickboxing skills.
  • Its indoors in a fully equipped martial arts gym (indoors can only be a good thing with this January weather!!! ;)
  • We supply all the equipment to start, so all you need are comfortable clothes and water.

No problem, come along and try the 1st Class of the Course FOR FREE and then decide if you'd like to continue. So regardless, you'll get a FREE CLASS, nothing to lose! :)

      The industrial estate is a 3-4 minute walk from Thurles shopping centre or the train station and less than 5 mins from the center of town. Its behind the student village accommodation and the tax office. We are based at the very back in the smaller units (Bay 1).
