Tuition Pre-Approval Submission Window Starts April 15!
As you know, there have been a number of changes to the Tuition Pre-Approval and Reimbursement process for employees covered by the AGEA Agreement.
Applications for Summer/Fall (start date of 7/1 - 12/31) course pre-approvals will be accepted from April 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST through May 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST. No applications for Summer/Fall course reimbursement will be accepted after May 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST.
Applications will only be accepted through Front Line Central Forms.
Do not submit your pre-approval form before April 15 at 4:00 p.m. If you do, it will be denied and you will then have to resubmit it later.

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. You can review this notice by clicking on the box below.
