Mays Chapel Elementary
April 30, 2021
Message from the PTO
Join us in celebrating our teachers! We can't wait to shower all the MCES staff with our appreciation. We encourage you to participate on your own by showing your favorite teacher how much he/she means to you. Or if you prefer, feel free to make a donation to support the PTO in the planned activities.

See attached instructions to learn how to access your child's report card through FOCUS.
- All grade 1 - 5, in-person students (Cohorts A and B) will receive a hard copy of their report card between April 30 and May 7.
- A hard copy of the report card will be mailed, via US Mail, to all virtual grade 1 - 5 students (Cohort C).
- Kindergarten Progress Reports will be distributed on May 7.
On Wednesday May 5th, all students in cohort C who have a silver HP Revolve computer are invited to come to Mays Chapel Elementary School to swap their current device for a new Chromebook. Families may come to school between 11:00 am - 4:00 pm to swap their computers.
BCPS is requesting that all students who have a silver HP Revolve computer make this swap as the Chromebook is the preferred device for elementary school students.
Please bring your child’s silver HP Revolve computer and charger to school. If a charger is not returned, there will be a $40 fine.
