The first day of each week during Black History Month (BHM): Show up and Show out! Wear Black History Month gear or clothing that represents Black American Culture! Watch for activities throughout the month that will celebrate Black History in a variety of ways.

Tuesday, February 21st: “The First Annual FHS Sweet Potato Pie Bake Off”

Do you have a sweet tooth? Have you ever had sweet potato pie? Today students had the opportunity to try some sweet potato pie and learn more about Black American culture from students from Black Leader Achievers Club. Mr. Smith and Ms. Dinham faced off with their signature recipes for students to try and vote for their favorite.

Diaper Drive

Please donate diapers to Student Services and the Media Center in a drive hosted by Asian American Heritage Club. Diapers will benefit Second Bridge, an organization that supports foster children. Sizes 3-5 are especially appreciated.

Reminder from Palatine Police Department: Do not use Township Office Lot
