Tecumseh North Elementary

The mission of Tecumseh North Elementary School is to provide opportunities for all students by developing self-motivated, lifelong learner and leaders in their community.

Today is a GREAT day to be a PANTHER, and I choose to LIVE ABOVE THE LINE!

A Message from Principal Bivens

As we close out 2022 and welcome 2023, I want to say thank you to our parents and guardians that ensure our students come to school everyday ready to be their best selves! It takes a village to raise our children, and I truly believe that we (the school staff) cannot be successful if we don't have a strong partnership with our parents and guardians. So, thank you, parents and guardians! We appreciate you being on our team!

December is a busy month with wrapping up the second quarter, completing assessments and monitoring our students' academic growth, and celebrating everything that comes with the holiday season. We will conclude our annual PTO Holiday Shoppe this week, which has been so much fun, and move on to Pancakes and PJs with Santa next Thursday, December 15th from 5:30-7:30pm. We close out the month with our 1st and 2nd grade music program on Tuesday, December 20th, and our Sing-A-Long with Santa at 2:15pm on Wednesday, December 21st. Holiday parties will be before or after the Sing-A-Long. Please contact your student's teacher for your student's party time.

Lastly, please enjoy this special time with your loved ones. The magic of the holiday season comes and goes quickly. Before you know it, we will be on to Spring Break and wrapping up the 22/23 school year!

As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or clarifications, please do not hesitate to reach out! I am here to help!

Proudly Serving as YOUR Principal,

-Katie Bivens

Dear Parents,

Your student is receiving a special gift this holiday season. . . the joy of giving! Tecumseh North Elementary PTO is providing your child the chance to shop and wrap for their loved ones with our very own Holiday Shoppe. The PTO will give each student $5 to shop, but families are welcome to send additional money in to shop with.

Important tips to create a memorable experience for your child and for you!

1. Plan and budget with your child using the money envelope provided.

2. Every gift is inexpensive, with NOTHING over $5!
