Event/ General Information

Marching Band Uniform Care - AFTER PARADE

Please read the following below for how to care for your marching band uniform now that the season has ended. Now is a good time to get your uniform dry cleaned.

Please note: Marching Band students will need their uniforms again on Tuesday, December 20 for an in-school performance at EAMS.

  • Ensure the jacket is hung on the hanger supplied at the beginning of the season.
  • Hang the jacket OUTSIDE of the garment bag. Especially after Saturday's rain, the jacket must be aired out to dry.
  • Pants should be hung on the creases. Please hang this OUTSIDE of the garment bag to air out after the rain on Saturday.
  • Make sure hats are not pressed up against other items. The top of the hat should not be rubbing against anything in a closet.
  • Guard: please adhere to the uniform care instructions given during uniform fittings. This document can also be found here.

*If you need any repairs completed on your uniform, please contact Mrs. Niosi or Mrs. Crawford. Do not complete any repairs at home.

Shammy Shine Gift Card Fundraiser

GREAT STOCKING STUFFER IDEA!!

Winter is coming! Which unfortunately means so is the road salt... but you can stay on top of it with Shammy Shine gift cards.

The IMA is selling $10 and $25 gift cards now through December 9th, with pickup at the high school the week of December 19th. The IMA earns 30% of every card sold, so it's a great way to pick up that extra gift or stocking stuffer while helping out the band!

Please have your student return the tally sheet only with payment to Fundraising Box in the rehearsal room by the end of day on Friday, December 9th.

If you have any questions, please email Charity Piomelli at merchandise@eahsmusic.org.

If you'd like to bundle your cards with a car magnet or lanyard, email me to find out how!
