A Message From Principal Choquette 2/1/19

Applicants must be current Bridge Street students in grades K-5, be interested in connecting with nature, and be able to demonstrate financial need. To apply, please complete the application and return it to the Bridge Street School front office no later than Friday, February 15, 2019. If you have any questions or didn't receive an application and would like one, please contact Sam Hopper at samantha.e.hopper@gmail.com or (858) 248-1400.
Finally, as you are all aware, we had a minor fender bender with bus B3 this week. The buses really struggle with getting out of the bus loop and down Parsons with cars parked there. I know that pick-up and drop-off is a challenge, especially with the snow banks, however, when cars are parked along the park buses are forced to try to squeeze through making it a safety issue. There are 15 minutes parking spots in the driveway and there is parking along Bridge Street and Union. I know it isn't ideal and it's something we've been trying to resolve for years with the city, but if you could please do your best to help keep Parsons and the bus loop clear for our buses we would appreciate it.
Thank you and have a nice weekend.

Budget
The budget process for the Northampton Public Schools has begun. It is very important that your voice is heard and that we get your input into the budget for next year. Below is the link to the district website where, on the homepage, you can find the budget survey that Dr. Provost is asking people to fill out. It only takes a few minutes, and we want to hear from you.
