What Is It?
Plague is an infectious disease caused by bacteria called Yersinia Pestis that occured in the 1300s. It was extremely contagious and had no cure. Once you were diagnosed, you would slowly die and there was nothing you could do about it. This was a painful death. People even lost limbs as their hands and foot tissue died away.

Today, Health Authorities will isolate the patient, trace their movements, and destroy the population responsible. We now have vaccines for it.
