Highlight: Passport to Learning in First Grade
Passport to Learning in grade one allows parents the opportunity to present on a country of their heritage or one that they are passionate about. During the classroom visit, parents present and discuss many facts about the country. Some of these include the traditions, foods, language and important symbols. The students have the opportunity to learn and be exposed to many different countries and cultures from around the world. In addition, the student are able to ask questions and extend their learning across the globe. Passport to Learning visits help the students become familiar with many different customs, traditions and cultures outside of the United States of America.

Upcoming February Events
Allendale, Ho-Ho-Kus, Northern Highlands Regional and Upper Saddle River School Districts are sponsoring a free program for parents and professionals on February 9th @ 7pm in the Cavallini Middle School Auditorium entitled, "What Parents Need to Know About Children and the Anxiety Epidemic." Cynthia Allman will be presenting.
