A Note From Ms. Rehman
I have some bittersweet news to share with you. I have accepted a principal position in Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD and will not be returning for the upcoming school year. I will miss the Florence Family and your children so incredibly much! The students and families at Florence will always hold a special place in my heart. This is not a good-bye but a "see you later". Thank you for all your love and support over the years!
Florence Auction Items
With the opening of the new school, we will have new classroom furniture and materials in the new building. There will be some items such as: kitchen equipment, cafeteria tables, auditorium seating chairs, and other building contents that will be auctioned prior to the demolition of the existing building. Those items will be listed on the auction site auctionspear.com. The auction items will “go live” on May 22nd and the auction bid process will close on May 28th. Those that bid on the items will not be able to pick up the equipment or materials until after the staff have left the building on June 3rd. The official date for the pickup of the items is on June 9th and 10th.
