Inspiration to the Public

John D. Rockefeller may have lived in a seemingly distant era of American history, but I personally find his story somewhat inspirational. Even in the year 2016 -- over 100 years since the Standard Oil Company ceased operations, people are still finding inspiration in Rockefeller. He started out working a normal job like the rest of us, and found immense success and wealth through hard work and business tactics. He was truly the image of the American Dream.
