Your progress reports will post on Wednesday March 16, so be sure to view your grades daily, as they are always fluctuating, or they move up and down.

Some confusion about our progress reports has come to my attention.... Please note that when progress reports post, they are only a "snapshot" of what your grade is at the time of posting...

For example.......Let's say I post grades Sunday night after benchmark due dates.... that means the grade you see on your progress report is what I had at the time of posting. They may not match up with what you are viewing in the grade book,..... especially if you have completed more work since I first posted the grades for progress reports.. I try to grade daily, but sometimes, that may not be the case.

Remember, Mrs. Norris has 72 hours to grade your assignments from the day you post them.....

Time is running out!

Final Exams start May 4

Final Exams are just around the corner.... please start preparing now, because procrastinating could cause you to forget important pieces of information for your test.

Spring Break

GaVS Spring break week is April 4 - 8 ..... This may not coincide with your school's spring break week, so please plan accordingly.

Also, teachers may not be available during this week, so you may not receive e-mails or correspondence as usual. I wish you all a wonderful, and safe week..... post pictures of your adventures to our science padlet located on the bulletin board of our homepages...Can't wait to see them!!

Final Thoughts

I really want you to succeed in class, so please

Remember, if you have any questions at all, or just don't quite understand how to do that lab........

Please contact me through e-mail or phone......

Thanks....... Mrs. Norris
