Falcon Times
Keeping our school community informed #FalconFamily
Assistant Principals' Bulletin
In recent weeks, we have seen more and more students bringing stuffed animals and other toys to school. We want to remind all of our Falcons that they should only bring what is necessary for learning to school each day. Toys are not only a distraction to students, but can often cause conflict. These items often have sentimental value, making it all the more difficult if they become damaged or lost on campus.
In addition, permanent markers of any sort should not be brought to school. In the wrong hands, they are used to deface school property; an offense that can lead to suspension. It is also worth mentioning that all "tagging" is reported to the police. To our Falcon parents and guardians, it is a good idea to help your student clean out their backpacks regularly. This effort will help them stay organized and ready to learn.
Let's make it a great week, Falcons!
Sincerely,
Ms. Conlon & Ms. Cruz
