Add some movement to your day.


Getting in "your steps" for the day doesn't mean you have to start running 5Ks after work!! Here are some easy ways to increase the amount you walk each day:


  • park your car further away
  • go on a walk during your lunch break
  • visit a place that naturally involves walking - a museum, zoo or the mall
  • walk around the house when you're on the phone or brushing your teeth
  • take an extra lap around the grocery store
  • straighten up your house or office for 5 minutes
