Vermont Teen Science Cafe - Saturday Sep 28 from 5 pm to 7 pm
Between a Rock and a Soil Place (VTeen 4-H Science Cafe) - register by September 25
Learn about soil, the building block of ecosystems, at the first teen science cafe of the year. This event is held at the UVM Davis Center, it is FREE and they provide FREE PIZZA. Register by next Wednesday, September 25. There will be a follow-up workshop on October 8 from 3:30-5:30 pm in Centennial Woods to see how earthworms are reshaping northern forests.
Vermont Code Camp - September 28
The upcoming 11th annual Vermont Code Camp will be held on Saturday, September 28 in Burlington, Vermont. The entire day is free, including morning coffee & pastries, lunch and afternoon snacks for all attendees. The event will bring together technology community members, students, and professionals from around Vermont and beyond. A wide variety of software technologies will be represented. Session topics range from software development (e.g. languages, tools, practices, databases, web development, etc.) to the business of software and technology (e.g. entrepreneurship, consulting, team dynamics, etc.).
