Directions
2. Remaining students, the "Teachers", receive instruction.
3. The Teachers plan how best to instruct the learner making sure each Teacher has a part in the teaching.
4. The Teachers decide how they will check for understanding.
5. Learners return to their teams.
6. Teachers each teach their part of the content, with teammates helping as necessary. They then check for understanding.
7. The Learners make take a practice test.

Strategy Variations
* Provide sentence stems on how to provide instructions based on the content.
Students can fill in the sentence stems to refer to when providing instructions to their "learner."

* Each "teacher" is given a part to instruct the "learner" on, allow them time to orally rehearse the instructions so the "learner" will understand.
