Its Been a Great Week!

We have been working hard on our biographies. We are working on synthesizing the most important information. The kids are still loving rocks and minerals. They worked hard finishing their poems for you to enjoy. In math, the second graders finished their fractions unit.

Things to Look Forward to Next Week!

Next week we will finish our biography unit. We will have cross text discussions. The students will also be working on a final biography project to present on Friday. We will start back in to economics. We have a great guest speaker coming on Wednesday. In writing we are going to start Fairy tales soon. In math the second graders will work on multiplying using bigger numbers and area.
