Step It Up School Fundraiser Begins Tuesday, October 10th!

On Tuesday students will participate in the Step It Up Kick-Off Assembly. Information and a 'Golden Packet' will be sent home with students to explain everything that you will need to know for the fundraiser. Thank you in advance for your support of PTSA and Canyon Springs through our largest fundraiser of the year!

The 2023 Step It Up funds were used to purchase turf and picnic tables for outside learning. Checkout out our adorable kindergarten students enjoying their new turf!

STEM Career Day

A sincere thank you to our families and community members who were able to share their fields for our annual Canyon Springs STEM Career Day. The day was a huge success! Represented were careers ranging from pharmacist to FAA air traffic controllers to our Phoenix Police department and so much more. Celebrating all we do as a STEM school and STEM Education here at Canyon Springs!

Kindergarten was so excited about our first 'Spirit Assembly' and winning the Spirit Stick!!! (picture below) Kindergarten is so happy to have turf added to our playground....thank you PTSA! Kindergarten is looking forward to their '50th Day Sock Hop' on October 11th!	The 2nd grade Tier 2 group is finishing our first book study! So fun! Parents, ask your child what a Frindle is!	Third Grade will be creating Casper's Haunted House on Halloween! Be on the lookout for a Sign Up Genius for supplies needed from your child's teacher for this fun activity.

Volunteer Training Dates

All volunteers, including field trip chaperones, must participate in a 'one time' volunteer Training that outlines the district volunteer expectations.

Canyon Springs 'Boo Bash' fall festival will take place on Friday, October 20th at 4:00PM. Be on the lookout for more information soon!

10/31 Storybook Character Day

On Tuesday, October 31st students may dress up as storybook character but please no masks, weapons, or gore. Students must still wear appropriate shoes for specials!
