Remember to follow the Appropriate Sequence of the Fluency Curriculum for Dyslexia
Beyond the Language Science Classroom
- Remember to monitor how the students are doing in the general ed. classroom.
- Remember to take opportunities to educate others about Dyslexia.
- Be the student's' advocate!
- Develop their strengths
- Support with Early Identification
- Use data to support students needing RTI support or Dyslexia Referral
- Let's find the students now!
- Share your reports with your campus administrators. (Schedule, groups, etc)

- Which were the areas of concerns?
- Using the Priority Reports, look at 1st and 2nd grade students with deficits in phonological awareness, fluency and spelling
- What other assessments could you collect to be used for additional data collected?
- Don't forget about the 3rd,4th and 5th grade students.

LLI Kit--OCTOBER 26TH
- CLASSROOM TEACHER AND ANY SUPPORT STAFF CAN ATTEND THE LLI TRAINING. THEY CAN USE THE LLI SYSTEMS FOR INTERVENTIONS AND ACCELERATED INSTRUCTION BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER SCHOOL.
- EACH CAMPUS SHOULD HAVE THE GREEN SYSTEM AND BLUE SYSTEM. INTERVENTIONISTS, PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CAMPUS LEADERS ON WHERE WOULD BE THE MOST APPROPRIATE PLACE TO ORGANIZE THE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR THE SYSTEMS. WHAT KIND OF CHECK OUT SYSTEMS DO YOU WANT TO USE, ETC.
