A Note From Mrs. Waters
We had a great field trip to the Al Khor Park on Monday. The students got to see some cool animals up close. The field trip was the introduction to the Amazing Animals Science Unit. Please read the attached parent unit letter.
Thank you for having your child begin on the first grade Valentine’s Day Project. It helps students work on their writing and write kind notes to one another. They are welcome to decorate the notes for their friends. They can also include a small treat if they wish. The notes are due on Valentines Day which is on Wednesday, February 14th. I hope your child is enjoying this fun activity. It will continue to take the place of most homework next week.
Below you will see what we will be working on in our class next week, information from the office and other important dates.

For every 3 books you bring, you will get a coupon for 1 free book. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, you can buy books outside the library for 5 QR each or use your coupons.
