Before we leave to be with our friends and family over the holiday break, take a look below for a glimpse into why some of our students feel grateful during this season. Dr. Rogers was able to interview a few classrooms on why they feel thankful this season, and their answers are highlighted below!
"We are thankful for my sister, my cousin's kitty, playing with my friends, and playing on my mom's phone!"
"We are thankful for baby dolls, mommies, cupcakes, and Ms. Munnelly!"
"We are thankful for toys, dresses, my nanna, and babies!"
"We are thankful for music, for Ms. Patti's animals, for snacks, and for grandmas!"
"We are thankful for our new chairs and all the donations we just got for our classroom!"
"We are thankful for tablet time, for our friends, and for the books in the library!"
"We are thankful for the jumprope at the end of the day! We are thankful for candy, books, the reading room, and our dads!"
"We are thankful for our friends and our families, our shoes and our coats, and the amazing food on Thanksgiving!"
"We are thankful for math, Thanksgiving foods like pumpkin pie, and our friends in our class!"
