Thesis Statement

Joshua M. Sharfstein and Fancis Philipsjan is effective in convincing parents of kids who ride school buses to make school buses cleaner

Ethos

The speaker/author/narrator attempts to establish credibility, trust and/or authority.

Its effective because the speaker is gaining the trust of his audience

Pathos

The speaker/author/narrator targets the emotions of the audience (stories, use fear, anger, empathy). Its effective because it targets the weakness of people and tries to explain how bad it is

Logos

The speaker/author/narrator appeals to the logic or common sense of the audience (logic, stats, studies). It ineffective because people wanna hear how to fix it not how bad it is

Conclusion

School buses can be more clean but with kids just leaving the trash doesn't help. Parents know there has to be a change. In other words there will be more cleanliness on school buses
