CD/DVD Players
Do you need an external CD drive/DVD player? We now have enough for EVERY teacher! No more sharing! See Deanna in the library for your very own CD drive/DVD player, to be kept in your classroom for the duration of the school year.

Daylight savings is this weekend, Sunday, November 3rd. Please make sure you are well rested this weekend so that it’s easier to adjust to the change.
After School Nutrition Education Program: Attention teachers! Check out the following opportunity. Title IV has allocated $30,000 to implement after school nutrition education programs (approximately $1,000 for each site)!!! Only one submission per site allowed. Proposals are due by Nov. 1st. Selected projects will be notified by Nov. 22nd. Projects must be completed by June 30, 2020.Please use the link below to access the survey for your proposal. Parent Teacher Conferences will be Tuesday, November 12th and Thursday, November 14th and it's time to start setting up appointments. Schedules are now available to all teachers, you should have all received an email with the link to log in. If you have not received a link to log in please let Maya know. Please make sure to look at the schedule and make sure that your profile shows the right room number and, if needed, that the appropriate day has been blocked off. The link to Parent Teacher Conferences will be open to parents on Tuesday, November 5th on the school website. Instructions to PTCFast.com in case you would like to schedule something for students or in case you need to edit anything.
Wildcats, the “Wildcats Got Talent Show” is coming up on November 21st. Invite your family and friends to come watch. Signup sheets are in the office or CLICK HERE for the sign up sheet. The deadline to sign up is October 25th.

CSUSM Field Trip November 15th
7th Grade Teachers: We have finally got all the paperwork in and our 7th grade Field Trip to CSUSM will be on Friday November 15th. Our entire 7th grade class will go (except for those who do not return a permission slip). Look out for an email with more information. We would like to start disbursing permission slips next week.
PTA Updates
The Charleston Fundraiser has started! It is only online orders and items ship directly to the purchaser’s home. Please participate! Please promote using the email sharing program at https://charlestonwrapstore.com/studentregistration.php Our School code is 17112.
The deadline is November 4th! Please help us promote! If you want to shop, you can list yourself as a teacher and use your name as the student. Lots of great shopping! Please check it out!
Thursday Oct 31st join us at lunch for the Halloween Costume Contest and to participate in the Fear Factor Food Challenge! We could use judges! Or enter the contest!!
