Happy Holidays!

December has been a busy month! Hour of Code, report cards, winter concerts, holiday drives and more! It has been a pleasure to co-learn with with staff to support student learning.

Model Schools for Inner Cities launched our brand-new Google Site, This site replaces Sharepoint. On our new Google site, you'll gain access to information about all our initiatives, past Model Schools Units and modules, Model Schools STEM tasks, Coach and CSW schedules, school data (for administrators) and more.

January will be our new September. I look forward to supporting you and your staff by building capacity through co-planning and co-teaching and more. Our first Model Schools for Inner Cities meeting for the 2015/2016 school year will be held on January 12 from 8:00 am to 11:30 am at Parkview Manor (55 Barber Green Rd.). All MSIC administrators and a Learning Classroom Teacher (LCT) are invited to attend. Please use release code 354.

I have connected with several administrators about individual school foci for January. Emails will be sent shortly to arrange a time to meet and solidify these plans with you and the Learning Classroom Teacher and possibly aligning these goals with the Early Years iPad lead teacher's work as well.

As the end of the year approaches, I would like to extend best wishes to you and yours for this holiday season and a Happy New Year!
