This week at Bend Boot Camp!

It's time to turn it up! Many of you are training for spring and summer events and what better way to build in some pure strength, stabilization and have fun than with a class with us! Stephanie and I look forward to another fun week of classes and are bringing some tons of variety and challenges your way.

Let us help you reach your goals. Need help with nutrition? ask us...we can help! We are here to help support you and value our fitness community and athletes.

Did you know we have several athletes training for Half Ironman, Olympic distance Triathlons, Running events and relays? There is so much going and and so many ways to stay active and get fit for summer that is right around the corner.

Classes this week are all on normal schedule
TRX is back on the schedule this week on Monday, Wednesday AND Friday at 9am.

5:30 Yoga Bliss will be Wednesday nights at Sol Alchemy Yoga and TRX Studio beginning this week. All other classes will be back at Cascade Indoor Sports.

All Boot Camp Classes are on normal schedule.

Workout Wednesdays!
You can also catch weekly workouts here as well. Traveling or not able to make it to class?? This is a great way to find a quick workout that will help you get out and move. Some of the workouts are 30 minutes in length but are high intensity allowing you to burn some calories, challenge your body and feel great.
