There are two parents that are ready to adopt a child. But they both want the same child named Rocky. Rocky was a talented boy which attracted the parents. It time for the Rocky to decide and the child is looking for a family that has a better earning rate. Parent A earns $200.00 as a flat fee and $20.00 per hour. Parent B earns $250.00 as a flat fee and $15.00 per hour. Which parent should he live with?
