Calendar of Events

April 10 No School for Staff and Students

April 13-17 Week 5 of Distance Learning

From the Principal

This week marked week 4 of distance learning for Life School. I am so proud of how well the majority of our students are doing with their work and learning. Our staff has been working so hard to make this distance learning time productive and meaningful for our students. Thank you for your efforts at home to do the same!

Don't forget that there is no school tomorrow for staff and students. Enjoy a 3 day weekend with your family.

Please make sure that you are staying connected with your child's teacher! It's so important to stay connected together, even though we are away from each other right now. Feel free to reach out to your child's teacher via email if you need help!

Have a great weekend!

Life Leader

CITIZENSHIP

When you are ready for life, you follow the laws and rules that are in place, contribute to the world around you, serve others, support authority, and always try to leave the environment around you better than when you found it. By doing these things, you are using the leader attribute, CITIZENSHIP.

This weeks I will statement is “I will be a great citizen voicing my opinions and beliefs in a respectful and peaceful manner.”

Breakfast and Lunch Distribution for Students

Parents, please remember that we have breakfast and lunch boxes meals Monday and Wednesday from 10 to 12 at our Lancaster campus. Please have your students with you. It makes the process much quicker if you have their First and Last name, grade level and campus written down. This is a drive-through service available to all students within the district.

CCMR

This week our spotlight is on Abilene Christian University, located in Abilene, TX. The Wildcats sport purple and white as they study psychology and nursing along with several other majors. Go to https://www.acu.edu/ for more info on ACU.
