A Penny For Your Thoughts?
To continuously improve our elementary schools, we need data regarding students’, teachers’ and parents’ perceptions of the school year coming to a close. Accordingly, students will be taking their school improvement surveys in May. We ask all elementary school parents to take the end-of-the-year Elementary School Parent Survey available in electronic format. The information gained from the survey will help our elementary schools set goals to improve the educational experience for the students.
Survey closes on June 2. Thanks for participating.
Please use the link below to access the survey:
Outdoor School Begins Today
Wax Museum: Fourth Graders Strike a Pose
Our Fourth Grade students walked back in time dramatically sharing their biography research through the annual wax museum. Supported by literally hundreds of family and friends and students K-3, researchers took on the life of those they researched by dressing in period costumes complete with props. The finale of a month long project engages students in many authentic and real-world standards including research, speaking skills, and critical thinking.

Home and School Ice Cream Social
We're looking forward to a favorite Salford Hills family event, the Ice Cream Social slated for Friday, June 2. Please know that the church lot is unavailable for parking as is the playground blacktop. Families may consider carpooling to save space. We apologize for any inconvenience.
