December 2020

Message from the principal

Taft Families,

We are closing 2020 and made it through the first half of our unprecedented school year. I the very proud principal of Taft Elementary. Our students, staff, and community are truly amazing! We are Tiger Strong.

In these times, it is important we all show grace, adaptability, flexibility and resiliency. The staff at Taft is here for your child, your family, and the community. We will always do whatever it takes.

I am looking forward to the start of 2021 remotely and the transition back to in-person learning. Remote learning can be frustrating at times for all of us. We know technology issues will be part of the start of the year. Please be patient and we will assist to resolve issues.

Best Regards,

Kim Corbett
