Prophase
Prophase is the first phase of mitosis.
Metaphase
is the stage where the chromosomes are in a line
Anaphase
is the stage of mitosis or meiosis when chromosomes are split and the sister chromatids move to opposite poles of the cell.
Telophase
Telophase is technically the final stage of mitosis
Cytokinesis
is the process in which the cytoplasm of a single eukaryotic cell is divided to form two daughter cells.
